About
How I work
I've spent my career on production software: the kind with real users, real money and real consequences when it breaks. That's the discipline I bring to everything else.
The products under my own name are where I get to own the whole thing: the data model, the API, the interface, the payments, the deploy. No handoffs, no committee, nobody to blame. Just something live that either works or doesn't.
Ship before it's perfect
A live v1 teaches you more in a week than a specification does in a month. The market answers questions the plan can't.
Consistency compounds
Small commits, most days. It's the same rule as training: the streak is the strategy, not the individual session.
Own the whole stack
Schema to sign-up flow. Knowing every layer is what makes the difference between fixing a bug and guessing at it.
